Lowe ALpine Rucksacks and Waterproof JacketLowe Alpine was born in 1967 by climber Greg Lowe. He originally worked straight out of his shed to create a wide aray of extremely innovative climbing and mountaineering equipment. Greg Lowe's vision is highly regarded in the Lowe Alpine work ethic and therefore the company continually breaks from the mold and creates very specialist outdoor gear for outdoor enthusiasts. Although Lowe Alpine originally started as a climbing and mountaineering brand, it's equipment is now being highly regarded by adventure racers, hill and mountain runners, climbers, mountain bikers, walkers and a variety of other water and outdoor sports enthusiasts.

Lowe Alpine technology can now be seen across some of the most highly regarded outdoor gear, with recent developments including: APS (Advanced Parallux System), Triplepoint Ceramic for waterproofs, Dryflo, Crossbow pack stability, Triplepoint Ceramic with AIMMS, Torso Fit System for rucksacks, Dryflo Zone in clothes, Integrated Alpine System, Aleutian fleece, Loweloft insulation, Web Catcher and Load Locker for packs.
