UK Customer Delivery - £3.50Orders are usually dispatched same day or next working dayFor delivery to UK customers we use ParcelForce 48 delivery service for most orders. Where an item is smaller and lighter we often use RoyalMail First Class "signed for" delivery service. Our standard cost for Postage and Packing is £3.50 on all orders (inc VAT). Estimated Delivery TimesIf we have the products you have ordered in stock, we can usually despatch them on the same day or the next working day, so you should expect to receive them between 1 and 5 working days after placing your order, depending on where you live (see table above). If you place your order over the weekend, it may take a bit longer.
You will be sent a despatch confirmation e-mail on the day that your goods are despatched. If you do not receive your goods please notify us by e-mail within three weeks of receiving the despatch confirmation e-mail. Delivery AddressIf you wish to have your goods sent to an address that is different to your card registered address then we will usually do this for you, providing that both addresses are in the UK. For delivery to overseas addresses we will usually only deliver to your card registered address. European Union (EU) & Other European CountriesSales Tax (VAT) is payable by all customers within the European Union. The current VAT rate is 20%. The VAT rate for customers outside the European Union is zero, but you may be required to pay local taxes and/or duties in your own country. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of goods due to customs procedures. Please also see section below about surcharges.
Rest of the WorldThe Sales Tax (VAT) rate for customers in the rest of the World is zero. Please note deliveries outside of the European Union maybe subject to additional local taxes and/or duties of your own country. SurchargesThe tables above show packing, delivery and insurance costs for delivering goods overseas. These prices are valid for delivery of the majority of the products that we sell, however some products will incur extra delivery charges. If this is the case we will notify you by e-mail with the additional delivery cost. If you do not wish to accept any additional delivery cost you have the right to cancel your order. Additional delivery costs are likely to apply to items that are bulky, heavy and of low value. Where possible we will indicate on the product description if additional delivery costs are likely to apply. The following products Always carry a "heavy goods" surcharge outside of the EU. We know that sometimes customers leave it late when buying a gift, or they need something urgently for a holiday they are going on for this we offer special deliveries. This does not mean the order is dispatched faster but rather we offer extra services (such as courier) to make delivery time faster, such services are charged additionally to your order.                 |
