We accept an order only at the point at which we charge your account, this will be on the day of despatch. This ackowledgement is NOT acceptance of your order. Stock AvailabilityWe do our best to ensure that all products shown online are "in-stock" and available for despatch. However, from time to time it is possible that we are unable to complete your order due to insufficent stock, where this is the case we will contact you immediately stating your options. We make every attempt to ensure the correct product details and images are used on this site. From time to time errors can be made as suppliers update products continually and as such the product specification may change, it is not always possible for us to update a product straight away. Also from time to time images may not match those of the products we stock, in terms of colour or proportions, we ask that you use the images for reference only and use our drop down selection tool to make the relevant choice(s).
